Celebrating Neurodiversity and Innovation at Robby & Co’s Launch Events in Palo Alto

This past October, Robby & Co House in Palo Alto became a vibrant hub of connection, inspiration, and collaboration for the neurodiversity community. Investors, entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and advocates from the dyslexic community gathered to celebrate a shared vision: a future where neurodiversity is not just accepted, but embraced as a catalyst for innovation and entrepreneurial success.

On the evening of October 22nd, we hosted an intimate sit-down dinner, curated with a Mexican fusion menu crafted by a Michelin-trained chef from The Lab Kitchen—one of our partner brands. The atmosphere was alive with energy as local emerging artist Matthew James provided the soundtrack to the evening, perfectly capturing the essence of the event: a space for authenticity, connection, and shared purpose.

Founder Robert Monturiol took the stage, sharing the story and mission behind Robby & Co, and introducing the vision that drives our venture firm: to create an inclusive ecosystem where neurodiverse entrepreneurs can thrive. Guests had the opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations, exchanging stories, aspirations, and ideas on how to reshape the future of neurodiverse entrepreneurship. Many described the event as a “safe space to be authentic,” where they could truly connect, share their experiences, and spark new possibilities.

The following Thursday, on October 26th, we hosted an open house barbecue—an opportunity to take a more personal approach to our community-building efforts. This relaxed gathering allowed for deeper one-on-one connections and laid the foundation for what we hope will be long-lasting friendships. It marked the beginning of a unique community in Silicon Valley, centered around inclusivity, support, and collaboration.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited to host even more events, conversations, and innovative initiatives to continue driving the neurodiversity movement forward. We invite you to join our growing community, become part of the conversation, and contribute to shaping the future of neurodiversity and entrepreneurship. Robby & Co House is open, and we can’t wait to welcome you in.
