Neurodiversity Celebration Week 2025: Empower, Educate, and Inspire

Neurodiversity Celebration Week is a worldwide initiative that challenges stereotypes and misconceptions about neurological differences. It aims to transform how neurodivergent individuals are perceived and supported by providing schools, universities, organisations, and others around the world with the opportunity to recognise the many skills and talents of neurodivergent individuals, while creating more inclusive and equitable cultures that celebrate differences and empower every individual.
This year, NCW will be held globally March 17th-23. This week is dedicated to sharing experiences, knowledge, information, ideas and more about Neurodiversity and how it moves around the world. Dozens of free conferences and 80+ speakers will be available via sign up to the website in a remote format, all will be recorded to increase accessibility for all around the world. Links to the recordings will be sent via email post-event.
According to their official website, this year they’re bringing more panel discussions than ever before, with inspirational speakers from a range of backgrounds and professions. The discussions will all be focussing on key neurodiversity topics, and aim to educate while inspiring conversations about neurodiversity.

Neurodiversity Celebration Week was founded in 2018 by Siena Castellon, who “wanted to change the way learning differences are perceived. As a teenager who is autistic and has ADHD, dyslexia, and dyspraxia, my experience has been that people often focus on the challenges of neurological diversity. I wanted to change the narrative and create a balanced view which focuses equally on our talents and strengths.”
